our history
The Springs Story
Springs began in 1993 as a campus fellowship at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, led by Pastor George Ugbome and a few brethren during their first year. Initially, it started as morning devotions and soon grew into Sunday evening meetings.
During a holiday in Benin City, Pastor George had a divine encounter. He saw an arid northern land with a spring of water flowing in its midst, bringing refreshment to the dry and thirsty ground. This vision inspired the mission of Springs.
On March 10, 2013, Springs officially became a church, holding its first service in Agbor, Delta State. From its humble beginnings, Springs continues to refresh lives and fulfill its God-given purpose.
